Hey baby, what’s your number?
OK, so I’m not so good at the actual blogging… but this inspired me. At Little Man’s daycare they take the kiddos out in these little 4-baby stroller things (the babies sit 2×2). I call them trolleys. I have to set the full stage… his daycare is in a corporate building at least 10 stories tall. The daycare is on the first two floors. The main tenant (and name of the building) is PSE’s corporate offices - Puget Sound and Energy. The outdoor play area for the older kids is in a courtyard between buildings - all fenced in, etc. Anyway, so to get the kids outside they have to walk through the main lobby of the PSE building which all “the suits” think is cute. It isn’t often that the infants get paraded through the lobby and outside - can you imagine having 4 babies who are all happy, no one needs to eat, etc. at the same time, load them up into the trolley, and go for a half hour jaunt outside? Well, that’s what they do when they get a chance. Yesterday they took their camera with them and printed pictures for the parents to take home. They put sunscreen on the babies and with the leftover on their hands… they gave all the babies mohawks. HA! Apparently “the suits” couldn’t get over seeing the wee-ones instead of the toddlers. You should have seen the wall of pictures - so cute! Oh, and they put sunglasses on them. Hee hee! Half the babies still had mohawks when I picked up little man. But his hair can’t do anything except swoosh to the side, so his had gone. But I love this picture… the red ink on it bled. He drooled on it while I was looking at it and I guess printed photo paper doesn’t like drool. So he really doesn’t have a big rash on his face
I scanned it for you all… the original is going on Dad’s desk at work.
