Back home to the snow…
…wait a minute! We left Chicago! What is going on? That’s right, we landed in Seattle yesterday, after being in the Cincinnati area (where it was sunny and 50-degrees for the holiday weekend) , to snow! It was just flurrying and then as the evening progressed it turned into fluffy flakes - I’d say we got maybe an inch. The grassy areas are still white today and roads are clear with slush on the sides. I’ll try to snap a picture later. Or if you watch the Seahawks game tonight, I’m sure they will show some footage. Can we go back to the regularly scheduled Seattle winter and be done with this record setting rainfall and snow??
