Flannel up to here!
Mom came to visit this past weekend. I was able to supress her urges to organize my life for the most part. She did fold a basket of clean laundry and get the vacuum out to vacuum up the dog/dust balls. LOL. My husband wonders why I didn’t inherit this gene from her.
But she and I were super productive on Saturday cutting flannel fabric and batting for a “Rag Quilt” I am going to make for a friend of hers. The quilt itself is not hard to make, it is just a lot of cutting. So we chatted, gossiped, caught up on news while we did all this cutting. And then Saturday night we rented Sahara and watched that while we each did some knitting. Then Sunday morning we got up (after our extra hour of sleep! love setting clocks back) and went out for breakfast and then Mom hit the road to drive back to Ohio! It was a good visit 
And I won my 2nd straight fantasty football game!! Yippee!
