Back home…
Well, I’m back home after travelling for 2 weeks. Travelling is great. And being back home is great. But then I look at all the dust and laundry and I want to crawl into bed and sleep it all away. And there is so much to watch on the new DVR that got recorded while we were gone. DH didn’t really get a chance to program the DVR before leaving, so he is dumbfounded with the quality programming I set it to record: Laguna Beach, Kill Reality, etc. Heh heh heh.
Well, I am a new aunt! My sister had a baby boy September 1st. And he is the cutest. baby. ever. I’m not biased!!
On the crafty front, not much knitting happened while on the beach. But I did steam/stretch the back and 2 front panels of Ribby Cardi. And one sleeve is about half way done. That was airplane knitting.
School started for DH today. Hard to believe this time next year we’ll be somewhere else! Back to Austin? Home to family in Cincinnati? Ice-cream shop owners on Kauai? Hmmm….stay tuned to find out!
