Will it ever stop raining??
Sigh. It has rained SO much here in Austin this year. Hold please, while I go and get some numbers…

Normal Year to Date: 17.37″
So I decided I would move all of my covered patio plants and hanging baskets out onto the front walk to enjoy some of this rain. And the freakin deer came and ate all the heads off my plants!! And left a basket of stalks on my pothos plant. Argh! That’s it! I’ve had it with you stupid deer! I’m moving to the city! Ha ha ha…
Ok. I’ve been pretty relaxed about this whole “move” thing. I’m starting to get little bursts of panic now 
. It’s a long holiday weekend… hopefully we can get a lot of packing done. That will make me feel better. I hope. And the sun is supposed to be out.
